If you know this blog at all, you’ll know that I don’t ususally reread books. But this, as the title of the post says, was necessary. I’ve been struggling with school a bit because my anxiety likes to consume me sometimes. I figured 10% Happier would help. If meditation could help Dan, it certainly couldn’t hurt me. I tried to implement meditation before, but I didn’t stick with it. Now that I have been doing it regularly, it does help a bit. My practice is by no means perfect. Hopefully, as I get more days under my belt, it’ll get easier and help me control my anxiety more.
