In the second movie of the Kingsman franchise, Eggsy and the rest of the Kingsman agents have to team up with their American counterparts, the agents at Statesman, to bring down a drug cartel.
From beginning to end, this movie was nonstop action. It keeps the audience on the edge of their seat the whole time. The stunts – and the gadgets that accompany them – are amazing. And it was really fast paced. That’s not to say it didn’t slow down at some parts, but there was never a dull moment.
However, it’s not just action. It’s a sick mind game with all the twists and turns of a spy movie. Julianne Moore plays one hell of a villain – and she plays it dirty. Not everyone is on the same side either …
But the best thing ever is Elton John’s cameo. He’s not afraid to kick some bad guy butt. His parts were hilarious. The rest of the cast is nothing to shake a stick at either – Jeff Bridges, Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, and of course Colin Firth reprising his original role – just to name a few.
And there’s definitely potential for a third movie. If there’s not, somebody’s going to have to answer to the public.
