Last night, I went to see Murder on the Orient Express. Here’s an IMDB summary:
When a murder occurs on the train he’s travelling on, celebrated detective Hercule Poirot is recruited to solve the case.
Honestly, this movie was kind of a let down. The previews made it look better than it was. It started off exciting enough, but the pace was so slow that my mom dozed off for a bit. It was also a bit hard to follow, because Kenneth Branagh’s French accent was thick – his lines were hard to understand.
The star studded cast was also a bit weird. Weird as in it was different to see Leslie Odom, Jr. not singing in a musical and Josh Gad being serious.
But all the plot twists and clues came together in the end. It was mind blowing.
